_Republic Day 2022_ *Full Dress Rehearsal held at DPL Doda*

DODA, JANUARY 24: The final preparedness for Republic Day 2022 celebration, full dress rehearsal was conducted at District Police Line (DPL) Doda where Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda Dr. Ravi Kumar Bharti hoisted the National flag and took salute at an impressive March past comprising 14 contingents drawn from the CRPF, JKAP, JKP, FPF, Home Guard, NCC, and Government and Private school children besides Police Band.
The full dress rehearsal for Republic Day witnessed participation of various Departments amid strict adherence to COVID SOPs.
In his address, the ADC Doda highlighted the efforts of the framers of the Indian constitution for laying the foundation of the great nation, respecting all the communities to live together, giving them fundamental rights pre requisite to the overall development of the Nation.
He also paid tribute to the father of the Indian constitution and other numerous freedom fighters who fought tirelessly for all the generations to come so that they shall breathe freely and work together for the betterment of this great nation India which is the best example of the composite culture and tradition.
Moreover the ADC highlighted various achievements of the district administration and informed the participants that the district has got the second rank in the entire UT in DGGI rankings and will continue these efforts for the all round development of the district, besides appreciated the staff of schools, police and other departments for making persistence efforts to make this national program successful even under the inclement weather conditions and ongoing threat of Covid-19.
ASP, Dy SP Headquarter, DY SP DAR, DY SP Traffic, DYSSO DODA, other senior officers of District Administration and Police were present during the rehearsal.
