*ADC Bhadarwah discusses R-day 2022 arrangements.*

Bhadarwah, January 14 :-
Additional Deputy commissioner Bhadarwah, Rakesh Kumar today convened a meeting to discuss the arrangements for the celebration of upcoming Republic day 2022.
Discussions regarding security, first aid, sanitation, Fire and Emergency Services, Seating arrangements, Power & water Supply, and issuance of invitation cards were discussed during the meeting.
All the concerned departments were directed to put in the required arrangements before 24th January, the day of full dress rehearsal.
During the meeting, it was apprised that venue of the function will be the New Bus stand kotli Bhadarwah, where National Flag will be unfurled at 9:55 AM and the contingents of CRPF, JKAP, IRP and NCC senior division and the junior division will perform March past parade.
It was also decided that the day shall start with playing of Shenai Vadan by Information Department Bhadarwah.
The Full Dress Rehearsal of the programme will be held on 24th January 2022.
The meeting was attended by Tehsildar Bhadarwah, SDPO, EO MC Bhadarwah, XEN PWD, BMO, ZEO Bhadarwah, AEE, PMGSY, AEE PDD, AEE PHE, TSO and other official representatives were also present.
