*DDC Chairman laid the foundation stone of Butla foot bridge.* _Says, it was long pending demand, shall be completed by the end of March 22._

Bhaderwah, February 13; District Development Council Chairman Doda Sh Dhananter Singh Kotwal laid foundation stone of much required foot bridge over Butla Nalla in panchayat Butla, yesterday. 

 

Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman said that it was a long pending demand of locals as they were facing lot of hardships in crossing the Butla nallah especially during rainy season and has claimed many precious lives.

 

It was further given out that the bridge is being constructed under Capex budget at an estimated cost of about 19.5 lakhs, and is expected to be completed by the end of March 2022 (this financial year).

 

People and local PRIs expressed their gratitude to the Chairman and the government for fulfilling the much needed demand of the people of this area.

 

Among others, who accompanied the Chairman include, BDC Chairperson, BDO Bhaderwah, Sarpanches, Panches and local of the area.
