_DCDRC Doda stands constituted; Litigants/ Complainants asked to approach Commission during working days._

Bhaderwah, February 17; In pursuance to notification of 22nd Feb 2022, S.0 72 issued under Consumer

Protection Act 2019 by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, the District Consumer Disputes Rederessal Commission (DCDRC) Doda stands constituted.

The Litigants whose cases were pending for disposal before the Erstwhile District Consumer Protection Forum Doda have been asked to approach the office of the District Consumer Disputes Rederessal Commission Doda at Old Sub District Hospital Building Bhadarwah either directly or through their respective counsels on any working day (Monday to Saturday) between (10:30 AM to 4:00 PM) for further proceedings in their cases.

Those desirous of filling fresh complaints may also approach this commission in the manner as specified in the Act.
