_JSD celebrates World Water day with pomp and show at GHSS (B) Doda_

Doda, March 22; World water day was celebrated with pomp and show, here by Jal Shakti Department (JSD) Doda at Govt. HSS (B) Doda. A painting competition on the theme of water conservation was organised by Distt. Jal Jeevan Mission Doda in the indoor facility of the school. District Development Commissioner Doda Sh Vishesh Mahajan was the Chief guest on this occasion. The programme was also attended by SSP Doda Sh Abdul Qayoom as the guest of honour. Superintendent Engineer Jal Shakti Hydraulic circle Doda, Ex En JSD Doda, Officers and officials of Jal shakti deptt, Teachers from different schools and students attended the function.

 

 A Nukkad Natak programme was also presented by Implementation and Support Agencies (ISAs) The Society for Scheduled and Backwards and Voluntary organization on environment and Socio-Economic planning managed the celebrations at GHSS Boys Doda. 

 

At the culmination of the event, certificates and prizes were distributed among students.
