_Team Doda launches Help Desk for Online Services – DOST_

Doda, March 10; In pursuance to the directions of Government of J&K, for complete switch over of service delivery through digital mode only, the Deputy Commissioner Doda Vishesh Mahajan, along with ADC Doda Dr R K Bharti and other officers today launched Help Desk for online services- DOST (Doda Online Services Terminal) for the assistance and training of the applicants/ general public. The Doda Online Services Terminal (DOST) has been launched through ADBHUT Doda portal under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
A team of fully trained staff shall be available for the assistance in all the working days from 8am to 2pm in DC office Complex Doda. The team / Help Desk shall assist in applying online services, which include all kinds of services being provided by all the government offices/ departments in the district.
The Deputy Commissioner, after launching the programme, said that the Help Desk shall handhold/ assist the services seekers/ applicants for applying online and availing the services. The Help Desk shall also be used as a training platform for the desirous persons opting to serve in the rural areas in applying on behalf of the applicants in lieu of the fees already defined by the Government for every service. The team shall also facilitate the applicant to check the online status of their applications.
The launch programme was attended by ACR Doda, ACP Doda, SE JPDCL, SE PWD, SE JSD, CPO Doda, CMO Doda, and other concerned officials.
