*DC Doda Harvinder Singh Inspects Republic Day Celebration Venue*

 

 

Doda, January 18:- Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh visited the Sports Stadium in Doda today to oversee the preparations for the upcoming Republic Day function. Accompanied by various officials including SSP Doda Abdul Qayoom and SSP Traffic NHW Rohit Baskotra, the DC Doda conducted a thorough review of the arrangements to ensure a seamless celebration of the National Day.

 

During the on-site inspection, key officers such as ASP Doda, Dy SP Headquarter, Dy SP Dar, Dy SP Traffic, ACD Doda, CEO, Tehsildar, EO MC, Xen PHE, EE PDD, PWD, and others were also present. Emphasizing the importance of close coordination, DC Doda instructed the officials to make all necessary arrangements well in advance. Focus areas included stage barricading, beautification, seating arrangements adhering to protocol, preparedness of Tableaus, and addressing other crucial aspects.

 

DC Doda, while touring the sports stadium, engaged in detailed discussions about the venue’s arrangements. He underscored the significance of proper sanitation, cleanliness, and security measures. Additionally, he directed the concerned authorities to ensure that all arrangements are finalized well before the commencement of the final program, ensuring a smooth and successful Republic Day celebration in Doda.
