*DC Doda takes review meeting of Revenue & RDD officers in the district* _Urges to put in synchronised efforts to meet public expectations while maintaining the pressure on the troublemakers._

 

Doda, February 12: The recent Administrative reshuffle by the government has introduced new faces of officers to the district Doda. The Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda, DPO ICDS, SDMs, Tehsildars, and BDOs have assumed their respective charges relieving their predecessors. Today, Deputy Commissioner Doda Harvinder Singh called all the recently joined officers here in the Conference Hall of DC office complex to take their review session and sensitise them of the developmental pace and other specific concerns of the district. ADDC Doda Pran Singh, ADC Doda Sudershan Kumar, DPO ICDS Paramjeet Singh, ACR Doda Sanjeev Kumar, ACD Doda Manoj Kumar, ACP Doda Musharaf Haff, SDMs, Tehsildars, and BDOs attended the meeting. 

 

DC exhorted upon the Revenue and RDD officers to prepare their procedural blueprints in combating against illegal mining, drug abuse, bovine smuggling, encroachment of government land, and other illegal, anti-social and anti-peace activities.  

Harvinder Singh emphasized the importance of transparency, accountability, and timely public service delivery. He urged to submit reports timely and ensure punctuality of staff in the government offices. DC Doda asked officers to adopt modern technology and e-office for record-keeping/processing and service delivery. RDD officers have been tasked to ensure the approved works under various heads are cent percent completed physically and financially by the end of this financial year. DC impressed upon offices to ensure their availability to the people in their jurisdiction and take every possible step to provide seamless services to people at their doorsteps, through online mechanism.

DC urged the officers to put in synchronised efforts to meet out the expectations of the common man while keeping an eye on and maintaining the pressure on the troublemakers.
