Training Session for Nodal Officers on Handling the JK Samadhan Portal Held in Doda
**DODA, July 29** – A comprehensive training session for all nodal officers regarding the newly launched JK Samadhan portal was conducted today in the conference hall of the DC Office Complex in Doda. The ADC Doda, Sudershan Kumar, chaired the training session of nodal officers. The DIO Informatics Centre at the DC Office Complex, Doda, presented a detailed overview of the session aimed at equipping the officers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and utilize the portal.
During the session, officers were briefed on the functionalities and features of the JK Samadhan portal. The training included detailed discussions on the portal’s user interface, navigation, and the various modules available for complaint registration, tracking, and resolution. Emphasis was placed on the importance of timely and efficient handling of public grievances to improve transparency and accountability within the administration.
Key directions provided to the nodal officers included the need for regular monitoring of the portal to ensure all complaints are addressed promptly. Officers were also instructed to familiarize themselves with the reporting and analytics tools available on the portal to generate insights into common issues and improve service delivery. Additionally, discussions were held on the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to enhance the overall effectiveness of the grievance redressal system.
The training session concluded with a Q&A segment, where nodal officers had the opportunity to clarify any doubts and share their feedback on the portal. The officers expressed their commitment to leveraging the JK Samadhan portal to its full potential, ensuring a more responsive and citizen-centric approach in addressing public grievances.
