Newly Joined DDC Doda holds introductory public meeting cum redressal camp

District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda Dr. Sagar D. Doifode, IAS today on second day after joining chaired a public meeting cum redressal camp to listen the grievances of the people living in Doda and its adjoining areas.
SSP Doda Sh Shabir Ahmed, ADDC Doda Sh Mohd. Hanief Malik, ADC Doda Sh Kishori lal, CPO Doda Sh Parshotam kumar, Superintendent Engineer PWD, Ex Engineer PDD, PWD, PHE, DIO Doda, AD CA&PD, AD planning, President Municipal committee Doda, other ward members, senior citizens, representatives of various political parties and social organisations, media persons among others attended the meeting.
During the meeting,DDC was apprised about the demands of people related to R&B, CA&PD, PMGSY, Education, HEALTH, PDD, PHE etc.
Various Issues during meeting was highlighted by the participants regarding the disaster done by the recently snowfall in doda and in it’s adjoining areas and it’s requested to DDC DODA to direct the relief department and sdrf for its timely assessment so that redressal of the problems can be done to avoid further misries of the people.
Media houses working in doda has highlighted the long pending issue of press club in front of the DDC DODA.
Moreover issue of securities of children studying outside the state, law and order situation of district, drug menace, better road connectivity to avoid accidents, to provide better essential services, requirement of ayush hospital were also discussed.
DDC Doda has listened all the issues patiently pertaining to all the departments of distt administration and has welcomed the feedback of all the participants and has assured their timely redressal in the coming time and has also seek the support of the people of Doda in order to participate in the development of the district in all aspects and to provide full cooperation to administration to maintain communal harmony, law and order in the district.
Further DDC DODA has assured to the members of the civil society and various oganisations that the main agenda of their administration is to be responsive and quick in solving the issues of members of all the communities without any discrimination.
