DDC Doda held Public redressal camp at Thandapani in Assar Block of District Doda

 DODA, May 15:  District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode today chaired a day long public grievance camp at Assar block in the district where he listened to the public grievances.

          The camp held at Thandapani panchayat Chirota-A, which were attended by SDM Assar, Tehsildar Assar,EX EN PHE Doda, BDO Assar, besides other officers of the district.

          The public representatives on the occasion apprised the DDC about various issues relating to roads, shortage of staff in schools, water supply, healthcare facilities and agriculture, besides demand for establishment of pathwarkhana in their respective area.

          Moreover, other demands that were raised during the camp includes handover and restoration of Chirota and Thandapani road constructed by RDD to PWD, establishment of veterinary centre for sheeps/cattles, demarcation of forest land, female staff  at PHC Assar, organising routine agriculture awareness camps, detachment of teaching staff working in different offices and other demands of public importance.

          Meanwhile, DDC gave a patient hearing to the deputations and assured them that their genuine demands will be addressed in a time bound manner.
