July 31 set as deadline for Jamabandis updation: DC Doda

Deputy Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode today convened a meeting of all Tehsildars,Naib Tehsildars and Girdawars of district in which mission 100 % Jamabandi was launched.
During the meeting, DC reviewed the previous target of Jamabandis updation in the district set in the last meeting,and showed overall satisfaction with the working of field functionaries in achieving the fixed target.
Further the meeting was also informed that yet 133 jamabandis are still pending for updation. DC asked all Tehsildars to complete the updation of Jamabandis by 31st July 2019.
DC asked ACR to fix day wise targets for each patwari, Girdawars and submit target fixed report to his office,besides asked the tehsildars to direct their patwaris to work exclusively on achieving this target which is set in the meeting today.
Tehsildars were also directed to monitor daily progress report of all patwaris and submit weekly status report to Deputy Commissioner.
Meeting was also informed that strict action will be taken against the defaulter patwaris under relevant Civil Service Rules.
Besides DDC, ADDC Doda,ACR Doda were also present in the meeting.
