District library Doda get’s its new look, after the intervention of district administration

DODA JULY 22: With an aim to provide the good facilities to the readers particularly to the younger generation, besides to increase the footfall in the district library doda and to avail the facilities of the institution which has a relevant importance in making the careers of the students ,on the directions DC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode an overall facelift and other changes has been done inside the premises of the aforementioned place on priority basis.

However it is necessary to mention here on the eve of world book day,DC Doda visited the district library and found that an immediate intervention is needed to make some necessary arrangements for the proper functioning of the district library which was functioning on outdated lines,it was found that there was no proper classification of books done,non availability of good competitive books and national newspapers and other journals, besides other issues were also taken into consideration.

DC Doda immediately provided sufficient staff to the concerned authorities to complete the task of classification of books which is completed in a record time, procurement of good competitive study materials which will lay more focus on competitive exams like NEET, IAS,KAS,UGC NET etc has been made accordingly,curtains are also laid on the windows besides other necessary things which were taken into account under the able guidance of DC Doda,stated by incharge librarian Nizam ud din Pir.

Further more things are required to update the respective institution on the modern era lines which will be done with the help and support of district administration on priority basis in near future,added by the official.
