*DDC Doda finalizes “Back to Village” Programme, Action Plan* _Exhorted upon the officers to work in coordination with each other for it’s effective implementation_

District Development
Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode convened a meeting with concerned district officers for finalization of Back to Village Programme, action plan.

ADDC Doda, Imam Din , Joint Director Planning, Parshotam Kumar, ACD Doda, Davender Singh Bhau, BDOs, XENs, besides concerned district officers remained present in the meeting.

Detailed discussions were held during the meeting regarding finalization of “Back to Village Programme” Action Plan.

Under Back to village programme one work has been prioritised in every Panchayat wherein DDC directed the concerned officers to start the execution of the work immediately and ensure the completion of the same under the fixed timeline.

Directions issued to all the concerned departments to prepare their estimates and workout on the feaseablity of the prioritised works as per the norms/guideliness
within week times so that the works can be started and completed within stipulated timeline as fixed by the government.

He further directed to furnish photographs of pre-during-post execution of the works in order to avoid any duplicacy.

ADDC Doda has been asked to evolve a mechanism for daily monitoring of the works which are going to start soon across the district under the respective program.

Besides directed the planning department to schedule the review meetings regarding the implementation of 14th FC,Jal Shakti,Back to Village, Convergence plan twice in a month without any fail.
