Divisional Level Inter District Tournament concludes at Ghat (Doda)

Doda, September 12:- The two day divisional level Kho-Kho girls Inter District tournament concluded at Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Ghat (Doda) here today.

 

This tournament was organised by the department of Youth Services and Sports under the overall supervision of DYSSO Doda.

 

In the tournament, 288 participants including girls students along with 35 staff members from all district of Jammu division took part in the competition, which were organised by the department of Youth Services & Sports Doda under the patronage of Dr. Saleem-ul-Rehman Director General Youth Services & Sports J&K, Madan Lal Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu.

 

In the valedictory function, District Development Commissioner Doda Dr. Sagar D Doifode was the chief guest on the occasion.

 

The final match was played between U/19 yrs girls District Doda defeated District Udhampur, In U/17 yrs girls was played between District Doda defeated District Udhampur and  U/14 girls was played between District Rajouri defeated District Udhampur.

 

The prizes distribution function was presided over by DDC Doda Dr. Sagar D Doifode in presence of DYSSO Doda Swaran Singh, ZEPO’s Rakesh Kaker, Mool Raj and Lecturers Kuldeep Singh, Shahid Bashir, Kishori Thakur and other dignitaries.

 

Winners and Runner-up team were awarded with Trophies and certificate.

 

The matches were officiated by  Mujahid Hussain, Girdhari Lal, Madan Lal, Abdul Haq and Others.
