*264 Exhibits displayed in District level Science Exhibition organised under Samagra Shiksha in Doda* _DDC Doda inaugurated the program ask the students to develop their scientific temper for the betterment of the country_

 DODA, OCTOBER 05:-District Level, Science   Exhibition organised under Samagra Shiksha was today organized by District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Doda in collaboration of Education Department at Community hall Doda  in which 264 Science Exhibits were displayed by students of different Government as well as Private Educational Institutions of the District on the themes viz. Water Harvesting, Flood alarm system, Disaster management, Solar power plant, bio pesticides, lift irrigation ,global warming , soil conservation, waste management etc. and the function  witnessed enthusiastic participation of students, teachers , parents and head of institutions.

 

The exhibition was  inaugurated  by DDC Doda Dr. Sagar D. Doifode who was the chief guest in presence of guest of honour SSP Doda Mumtaz Ahmed who after inspecting all the exhibits/ models displayed by the students held a brain storming interaction with the students.

 

Speaking on the occasion DDC said that district administration in collaboration with DIET Doda already had successfully completed the first phase of Zimedari project under which all the schools across the district has been graded and to provide quality education is the main aim of the administration, besides congratulated the diet for organising such a event which will allow the students to develop their scientific accumen in actual manner.

 

Among other officers District Planning education officer Ayaz Mughal, SHO Rauf Ahmed, besides other staff of DIET & Education Doda and Teachers, masters were also present on the occasion.

 

In the Science Exhibition organised under Samagra Shiksha for the students of elementary, secondary & Hr. Secondary level, Mementos and certificates were also handed over to the students whose exhibits displayed 1st,  2nd and 3rd respectively. 

 

Principal DIET Doda Ch. Lal Hussain congratulated all the winners and thanked all for the huge participation in making the exhibition successful.
