*DC Doda chairs Vidyalaya Management Committee (VMC) meeting of KV Bhaderwah*

DODA, October 18: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode who is also the chairman of Vidyayala Management Committee of Kendriya Vidyalaya Bhaderwah held meeting with members of VMC, KV Bhaderwah here today.

 

Among others present during the meeting were ADC Bhaderwah (Nominee Chairman) Dr Rajinder Khajuria, Principal kV Bhaderwah Kishore Lal,PTC members and other members of VMC. 

 

During the meeting threadbare disscusions were held on various issues like blacktop of the pedestrian in the camp, requirement of water cooler cum filter, construction of building and approach road to the proposed site, construction of new toilets,approval for conduct of extra classes for class X and XII during witer breaks, availability of additional space, regular principal post for the kV etc. 

 

DC informed the participants that administration is giving extra effort for the timely construction of the building and road of the campus at the proposed site.

 

Moreover DC Doda ask the authorities of KV to plan regular field visits for the better exposure of the students, besides directed them to collaborate with the education department to have clear understanding about district level initiatives which were already taken by the district administration like Zimedari project,know your Government etc.

 

The Member Secretary also highlighted its achievements furing the session of 2019-20 with respect to Academics, Games & Sports and Cultural activities besides financial expenditure of the institution was also reviewed in the meeting.

 

DC Doda patiently heared all their issues and assured that their genuine issues will be redress on top priority besides various immediate direction were also passed by the chairman to the executing agencies for timely redressal of those issues which needs immediate attention.
