*Back to Village Programme continues with zeal and enthusiasm in District Doda* _DDC, Secretariat level officers,besides Visiting officer’s started the Phase-II in 82 panchayats_

Under the supervision and guidance of District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode,the “Back to Village-II”programme in 79 panchayats of district Doda culminated successfuly under Phase-I in the district, wherein people including men, women, elder people and youth showed their great interest and cooperation while participating in the programme in large number with full vigour and zest.
It is pertinent to mention here that second phase starts in 82 panchayats under Phase II on 27 and 28th November and the rest 76 panchayats shall be covered under Phase III on 29th and 30th November.
During the said programme the designated Gazetted Officers interacted with every strata of society to understand their problems, issues, grievances and demands which shall be projected to higher authorities through a detailed prescribed performa by the concerned gazetted officer, besides assess the developmental process which have been initiated by various departments under various developmental heads after the B2V-I across the district.
Moreover they also sought information about the implementation of various individual oriented beneficiary schemes on the ground level.
The designated gazetted officers distributed onspot Job Cards, inaugrated the completed works of various departments like PMAY houses,Jal Shakti Abhiyan ponds, Mgnerega works, and also conducted Gram Sabha, finalised the GPDP plans, besides read the Mission Antodaya survey,discussed the critical gaps and inspected other development activities in their respective panchayats.
District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode visited in panchayat Birshala of Block Ghat(Doda) and interacted with general public and listened their grievances.
DDC expressed his hope that the feedback so obtained will help the government to assess the needs and prime requirements of people besides he urged upon the cross section of society to participate in large number during the said programme so that a viable database as well as vision document could be framed by the district authorities for the overall development of their Panchayat in consultation with the higher authorities .
He urged for the judicious and optimum utilization of the two days under phase -II in accordance with the desired objectives and parameters of the union territory J&K government.
Besides many secretariat level officers attended the program in tge second phase in their respective panchayats, and also by the senior officers of the district administration in various panchayats.
