One day teacher conference was organised by J&K Teachers Joint Action Committee unit Doda with the theme”Role of Teachers in Nation building” at town hall Doda today.
District Development Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode was the Chief guest on the occasion and President J&K UT Teachers Joint Action Committee Vinod Sharma was Guest of honour,besides Vice President Joint Action Committee Gulzubair Daing, CEO Doda,DEPO Doda,ZEO Gundna, members of the organisation and large gathering of teachers were present during the program.
While addressing the gathering DDC highlighted the fact that teachers secure the future of the nation by delivering the quality education to the students in schools who are the future assets of the nation.
He also said that they should extend gratitude to the Chief Secretary of J&K because of his farsightedness and persistence efforts this long pending issue of RET’s has been resolved.
He also seeks cooperation of all the teachers to deliver quality education in all the schools of the district, besides asked them to extend full support to the *Zimedari Ek Ehsaas initiative* so that it can be turned as a revolutionary step in changing the education system of the district.
District President TJAC unit DODA Sajad Malik in his adress assured the DDC that they will extend full support to the district administration in delivering the quality education across the district and will make Zimedari project a successful initiative and ideal for rest of the districts of the JK.
President TJAC UT (J&K) Vinod sharma and district president Doda Sajad Malik has thanked the Lieutenant Governor administration,Chief secretary,Commissioner Secretary Education ,Director School Education Jammu/Srinagar ,Director finance and all the other concerned officer’s for resolving their long pending issue.
Meanwhile DDC Doda also handed over the 104 conversion orders of the RET’s elevated as Teacher Second grade and also felicitated 24 members of the forum.
