*MASK PRODUCTION RAISED UP IN DODA* _Near about 70 thousand masks have been produced and about 50 thousand have been distributed across the district_

Doda,April 16: 

In compliance to the Hon’ble LG’s appeal of Universal mask coverage and the corona crisis on the rage,the District Administration Doda under the supervision of DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode have raised the bar to combat this disease.

 

In its already started initiative of *mask for all* District dministration has raised the benchmark itself by making record 11000 masks in a single day. With near about 150 tailors roped in for production of masks, since it’s inception near about 70 thousand masks have been produced and about 50 thousand have been distributed.

 

Moreover BDCs have been provided their second installment of 1000K masks in each of the 17 blocks of the District and Town areas too have been provided, with all the 17 ward members (councillors) of Doda town getting 1000 masks each for their wards,the distribution of which is ongoing with priority.

 

This figure shall certainly rake up according to the demand of the situation. The adminstration have tightened their belt and are upbeat about the results in future.
