*Strict quarantine protocols helped to curb the transmission of Covid-19 virus in the district* _The person’s coming from red zone/affected area will go to administrative quarantine strictly_

Doda,June 20:

District administration Doda under the supervision of DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode is leaving no stone unturned to curb the community transmission of Covid-19 virus across the district.

 

It has been given out by the concerned authorities,that pro active approach of the  health department in coordination with district administration is ensuring the safety and security of the general public of the district, thus avoiding the community transmission in letter and spirit across the district.

 

Adding to this it has been informed by the concerned authorities that one of the today’s confirmed positive case was meant to be quarantined as per SOP, but following the pro-active approach,the authorities put the person in administrative quarantine,hence avoided the community transmission in the district.

 

Moreover,it is pertinent to mention here for the information of the general public,that administration is shifting all the person’s coming from red zone areas of Kashmir or from the affected area outside district,are being placed into strict administrative quarantine facilities and are not allowed to move freely unless tested negative.
