*30 COVID-19 Patients Recovered in Doda, Discharged from GMC Doda and other designated Isolation Centre*

In a major breakthrough amid COVID-19 Scare, authorities in Doda have discharged 30 more COVID-19 patients,who were found positive in the district,from Govt Medical College Doda and other designated Isolation Centre after all of them have recovered from the disease.
So far 169 Covid-19 patients have recovered among the 288 total active patients admitted in the hospital’s and at the designated isolation centre till now, and at present only 117 cases are active in the district.
The discharged patients, hailing from different regions were kept under medical observation at GMC and Other designated isolation centre, and were discharged today after their tests were found negative for the virus repeatedly.
Deputy Commissioner, Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode congratulated the recovered patients and urged upon them to remain in home quarantine for some time as a precautionary measure.
“This disease can be defeated,if necessary measures and precautions are followed,” the DC added.
Meanwhile,DC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode also expressed satisfaction over the care being taken by the medical and quarantine staff of these patients.
He further Informed that District Administration is leaving no stone unturned to curb the transmission of deadly Coronavirus Infection across the district, and accordingly is implementing all the necessary safety measures in order to ensure the safety of the general public.
He said that it is a moment of satisfaction to witness discharging of positive patients after their recovery from the novel coronavirus infection.
