Independence Day arrangements discussed at Bhaderwah

DODA, AUGUST 07: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhaderwah, Rakesh Kumar today discussed   the arrangement for the upcoming celebration of   Independence Day 2020,  here at  Dak Banglow Bhaderwah.

 

Detailed discussions were held on  various issues regarding seating arrangement, security, traffic regulation, drinking water and power supply, sanitation, first-aid,  fire-tenders etc.

 

The ADC informed that the main function would be held in the premises of New Bus Stand near ADC office Bhadarwah  where the Chief Guest would unfurl the National flag at 8:55 AM.       

 

It was also decided that the day shall start with playing of Shenai Vadan by Information Department Bhaderwah.

 

ADC directed the officers of  PHE, PWD, PDD, Health and Police department to make adequate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the National festival. Municipal  committee Bhadarwah was asked to maintain cleanliness in the town as well as at the venue.

 

ADC was accompanied by ASP Bhadarwah, Tehsildar Bhadarwah, XEN PWD Bhadarwah, BMO Bhadarwah, AEE PHE, AEE PDD, AEE I&FC Division, ZEPO Bhadarwah and the representative of other departments.
