*Jan Abhiyan Campaign begins in Doda* _Jan Sunvayi programme held at DC office, will held on daily basis from 12 PM-2 PM except on Wednesday and Sunday_(DDC)

Jan Abhiyan campaign which has been kickstarted across the UT by the Government of J&K today upto 1st of October 2020 to adress the public grievances and other issues, begins in Doda district.

 

As a part of this Jan Abhiyan, Jan Sunvayi programme was today organized in the complex of DC office Doda. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation of the people from various parts of the district.

 

The Jan Sunvayi program was chaired by the District Development Commissioner Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode and listened to the grievances of the general public.

 

The DDC directed the designated officer’s to keep track on every single representation which will be submitted by the applicant for prompt redressal, besides asked them to share the same with all the concerned departments through online mechanism which has been placed in the DC office complex.

 

Speaking on the occasion,the DDC said that it will remain continue everyday except Wednesday and Sunday from 12 PM to 2 PM upto 1st October 2020 in which the issues of the general public will be listened and will be ensured that they will be redressed on spot by the designated officer.

 

He also said that people from any part of the district can visit to the DC office and other District and Sectoral office’s during the mentioned time except on Wednesday and Sunday ,wherein their grievances will be redressed and documented for immediate redressal on priority basis.

 

Meanwhile the DDC also interacted with the media person’s and apprised them about the objectives of Jan Sunvayi programe and said that Youm-e-Block(Block Diwas) programe will be conducted on every consecutive Wednesday i.e on 16,23 and 30 at every block level at designated locations upto 1st of October 2020 where all the line departments will profile the issues and demands for prompt redressal.

 

He asked the media person’s to give wide publicity to the Jan Abhiyan program which has been kickstarted today and shall remain upto 1st of October 2020,before commencing the 3rd phase of the ” Back to Village” program which is scheduled to be held on 2nd of October upto 12 October 2020.

 

ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma also listened to the grievances of the general public during the Jan Sunvayi program.
