*Jan Abhiyan: Awareness Programmes,Start of new works under B2V-1 & 2, Public hearing at DC office, Block levels marked the 6th day* _Peoples express satisfaction for prompt response_

The Jan Abhiyan is recieving overwhelming response in Doda district and people are actively participating in this program and are sharing their grievances with the officer’s/officials of district administration expecting prompt redressal.
In this regard scores of individuals and deputation’s visited the DC office today wherein ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma on its 6th day chaired the public hearing, met the applicants and listened to their grievances.
During the public hearing many grievances were solved on spot and rest were forwarded to the concerned departments for prompt redressal through established tracking system.
Similarly in various district and sectoral offices besides at various block and panchayat levels public grievances are being listened and documented everyday except on Wednesday.
Moreover Various departmental functionaries are also visiting their respective jurisdictions and listening the grievances of the general public, besides awareness Programmes highlighting various individual beneficiary schemes are also being organised across the panchayats.
It has been given out that in many Panchayats various new works of public importance under B2V-1 and 2 has also been started and many are going to be started within days for which the Govt of J&K has already sanctioned the amount of 10 lacs in favour of each panchayat.
It is pertinent to mention here that District Development Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode is keenly supervising the day to day activities of Jan Abhiyan and is reviewing the status of grievances on daily basis submitted by the designated team.
Moreover under the supervision of DDC Doda the monitoring cell has also been established in the DC office for grievances and a team has also been designated ,who on daily basis maintain and documented the record of grievances without any fail.
Moreover the DDC also informed the general public of the district that on every day except on Wednesday and Sunday ,these public hearings will be continued not only within the premises of DC office but also in all the District and Sectoral office’s and on every consecutive Wednesday i.e on 16,23 & 30 Block Diwas will be celebrated in all Seventeen blocks of the district at the designated locations.
