*Swatchta Pledge marks the Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi across Doda* _DDC administered pledge to the officers, cleanliness drives initiated in various public office’s to mark the birthday celebrations_

Celebrating the Birthday of the Father of The Nation Mahatama Gandhi,today Swatchta Pledge has been taken in all the offices of the district.
DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode administered pledge to the officers in his office chamber, besides ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma administered pledge to the officials of the DC office. DDC Doda also paid floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi.
While speaking on the occasion DDC extended greeting’s to the general public of the district on the birth anniversary of the Mahatama Gandhi, besides said that Cleanliness has always remained part of our culture,and urged the general public to make collective efforts to ensure cleanliness in and around their respective localities.
He said that all of us should take this responsibility to make our surroundings clean by taking Swatchta Pledge and shall contribute to the Swatch Bharat Abhiyan.
Similar kind of events also organised in all the public offices, besides cleanliness drive were also carried out to mark the day.
