A District Level Review Committee (DLRC) meeting of District Doda was convened here today under the chairmanship of District Development Commissioner, Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode here in the conference hall of DC office Doda.
During the meeting, Lead District Manager, briefed the house through powerpoint presentation about the achievements of the banks operating in the district under District Credit Plan 2020-21 upto ending September quarter.
The DDC directed the banks to improve the performance under priority lending sector on priority basis, besides directed them to follow the directions passed on with regard to improvement in banking across the district with utmost priority.
While reviewing the progress of government sponsored schemes under implementation in the district, DDC expressed satisfaction with the progress, especially by the Agriculture and District industries department by sanctioning approximately Rs 12.46 cr under PMEGP and Rs 104.81 CR disbursed among 56609 KCC beneficiaries till now during the current financial year.
The DDC asked the department’s to expedite the progress under Govt sponsored schemes, besides asked the banks to clear all the pendencies so that young entrepreneurs could avail the benefits without any further delay.
Later on DDC Doda unveiled the booklet of Potential Linked Credit Plan 2021-22 prepared by DDM, NABARD Doda to the tune of Rs 633.63 Crores keeping in view the performance/achievement of various financial institutions working in the district of the last three years and also Infrastructure potential available in the areas of operation.
The meeting was attended by GM DIC Doda,CPO Doda,CHO,CAO,DSWO Doda,DIO Doda,CAHO,AD Fisheries, Sheep Husbandry Officer Doda, besides Officer’s of Various bank’s were also present.
