*DDC Doda holds Online interactive session with Newly admitted MBBS students of GMC Doda* _Briefed them about the personality development and health scenario of the district_

The GMC Doda has started the One month online foundation course few days back for the newly admitted students of the First batch of the MBBS for the session 2020-21.
 
In this regard the District Development Commissioner, Doda, Dr Sagar D Doifode was invited to hold the online interactive session with the newly admitted students of the First MBBS batch.
 
Speaking on the occasion,the DDC at the outset welcomed all the students for being the part of the great institution which is having a great importance not for the district only but for the entire erstwhile district Doda.
 
During the lecture the DDC laid main thurst on the various parameters which are important for the overall development of the personality, besides demonstrated the overall political,demographic as well as health scenario of the district.
 
Further the DDC through powerpoint presentation informed the participants about the various national health programs under implementation in the district and the achievements of the district administration to ensure proper implementation of all the program for the general good of the people across the district.
 
The DDC urged the students not to  confine themselves strictly to their course rather to have holistic diagnosis about the public issues  to ensure the better treatment.
 
The DDC assured all the necessary support to the students and the institution, and informed them that they will be given best support which will be beneficial for having the better understanding about their course in comparison to the other medical institutions of the J&K as well as of the country.
 
Later on students asked various questions pertaining to their course, personality development, stress management, about functioning of the district administration etc, which were satisfactorily answered by the DDC.
 
Lastly the Principal GMC Doda Dr Dinesh Sharma extended gratitude to the DDC for sharing his experience and valuable thoughts with the students which will improve them as a great individual as well as help them to become good doctor in their future life.
