_Exam for Class IV posts_ *DC Doda briefs roles and responsibilities to Magistrates and Observers* _Seeks free, fair and transparent conduct of exam across the district_

In continuation to the efforts for smooth conduct of the Class IV exams in the district,the Deputy Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode today chaired the meeting of the designated Magistrates and Observers and briefed them about their roles and responsibilities here at the conference hall of DC office.
During the meeting,the DC underlined the importance and magnitude of the exam and directed the concerned to understand their role and responsibilities in totality so that the entire process of examination shall be conducted by maintaining the highest standard of transparency and accountability across the district.
While briefing about the process of examination, the DC directed the concerned to strictly follow the timelines as per the manual of the SSB, adding to this directed to avoid any gathering and indiscipline in their respective Centres.
The DC directed the concerned to ensure that no body shall be allowed to enter the premises of the centre with mobile phone, besides asked them to allow the entry into the centre only after proper frisking by police department and on showing the valid identity proof issued by the SSB.
Moreover the DC directed them to prohibit any kind of interaction between the candidates as well as among the duty staff during the exam times,to avoid any kind of indiscipline.
The DC informed that 28 centre’s have been identified across the district and the examination shall held on three days i.e on 27,28th of February and on 1st of March on its schedule timing i.e 12 noon to 2 PM.
Earlier the training was also provided to the Centre Superindents and invigilators of various zones by the District coordinator of SSB and manual copies issued by SSB were also provided to them, adding to this entire process of examination were also briefed by the resource person.
Among others present in the meeting are ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma,Dy DEO Doda Mohd Idrees lone, besides Tehsildars, BDOs, District Officers and HOI’s..
