In order to ensure hassle free and speedy construction of NH 244 from Khaleni to Thathri,the DDC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode today visited Thathri area and listened to the representations of locals regarding alignment of NH nearby Thathri market/main town.
The DDC listened to the various representations highlighted by representative’s including DDC members,BDC Chairperson, members ULB besides by various locals.
The DDC informed them that the district administration in coordination with the NHIDCL authorities will review all the representations and assured feasible solution keeping in mind the technical aspects of the project as well as aspirations of locals.
Regarding construction of Degree college Thathri, the DDC informed the locals that proposal of land has been sent to the higher education department,and as per their specifications the land will be confirmed and work of construction will be started.
Others present during the visit are DDC Chairperson Sh Dhananter Singh Kotwal,GM NHIDCL,SDM Thathri Athar Amin Zargar, DDC member Thathri Sandeep Singh Manhas, DDC member Chirala, Manohar Lal Bhagat,BDC Chairperson Thathri, Councillors MC Thathri besides other Officers/officials of district administration.
