DODA, MAY 08: Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma today reviewed a meeting of the Covid-19 situation and containment measures in Doda District here at conference hall DC office Doda.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhaderwah Rakesh Kumar, Sub Division Magistrate Gandoh Pritam Lal Thapa, Sub Division Magistrate Thathri Athar Ameen Zargar, Sub Division Magistrate Assar Rishi Sharma, Chief Medical Officer Doda Dr Yaqoob Mir, MS AHGMC Doda Dr Yudhvir, District Epidemologist Umar Anayat, besides BMOs and other Staff of Health Department were also present in the meeting.
The Deputy Commissioner Doda reviewed the sub divison and block wise situation of positive patients, health care facilities, status of ongoing vaccination drive, number of vaccination sites at present in the district the treatment protocol being followed to treat the patients, besides took stock of registration under PM-JAY SEHAT scheme.
The DC directed the SDMs and BMOs to expedite the vaccination to the targeted groups by mobilising the field functionaries of the line departments and PRI members, besides directed them to increase the vaccination sites to further improve the pace of vaccination across the district.
In response to the Hon’ble LG’s directions,The DC also directed the BMOs to start the distribution of medicine kits having all the important medicines among the positive patients under home isolation with immediate effect.
While reviewing the registration under PM-JAY SEHAT scheme, the DC directed the nodal agency to make functional all the non functional CSCs immediately so that the registration shall be expedited and the objective of the scheme shall be ensured in letter and spirit, besides asked the concerned to direct the VLEs to work in their respective jurisdictions positively so that people shall not face any inconveniences.
The DC also instructed the officers to ensure strict adherence to the Covid related guidelines and SOPs in the district.
