The Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma today held media briefing with regard to the recently announced guidelines/instructions for Covid unlock measures, besides briefed about current Covid-19 scenario of district Doda here at DC office complex.
While speaking to the media person’s the DC informed that 750 LPM OGP had been successfully commissioned at GMC Doda few days back which has now further strengthened the back up arrangements of Oxygen availability in the district, besides said that there is no shortage of oxygen cylinders in the district.
Further the DC says that for the further augmentation of oxygen generation in the district the concerned executing agencies have framed DPR for the construction of additional Oxygen Generation Plant for Doda, Bhaderwah and Gandoh area respectively.
With regard to the recent unlock measures the detailed order has been issued, market shall be allowed to operationalise on alternate days basis, besides said that after 15 days it will be reversed so that every stakeholder shall have the opportunity of fair play in the market domain.
The DC urged all the people and economic stakeholders across the district to follow Covid appropriate behaviour so that the Administration shall not be forced again to put complete restrictions, besides asked the person above 45 age group to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
