*DC Doda reviews performance of departments under District Capex* _Directs executing agencies to expedite the estimation of all works approved under PRI grants for timely execution_

The Deputy Commissioner Doda (DC) Vikas Sharma, today chaired the meeting of key officials of various line departments and Executing agencies to take the stock of progress made against the ongoing works approved under District Capex 2021-22 here today at meeting hall of DC office Doda.
During the meeting the DC enquired about the status of ongoing works, besides the status of estimation and tendering of new works.
The DC directed the executing agencies to expedite the progress on all the ongoing works at an earliest during the working season on priority, besides asked the concerned to clear all the pending liabilities when the funds are released against the works.
Further the DC directed the planning department of DC office to hold Audit of all the ongoing works pertaining to PWD department, besides asked to constitute the team to evaluate the allotment of approach road from court road to the nearby hamlet and submit the recommendation in this regard.
With regard to the education sector the DC directed the CEO to ensure that all their works shall be resumed and completed on war footing basis, besides asked the health department to monitor the progress of their respective works on daily basis for timely completion.
While reviewing the progress of estimation of works approved under PRI grants the DC directed the executing agencies to speed up the estimation so that all the works shall be tendered on priority, besides asked the concerned authorities to issue AA and TS so that works shall be tendered and funds shall be released to them by the ACD.
The DC also directed that those works who are not technically feasible to take up, shall be revert back for re appropriation to the concerned quarter and get that done too under stipulated time frame.
The DC directed the concerned departments to make coordinated efforts to achieve the targets and to expedite the progress on each work so that all these works of public importance shall be completed under the current working season.
The meeting was attended by PO ICDS, CPO Doda, ACD Doda, CEO Doda, SE PWD, Ex En’s, CMO Doda, ACP Doda,DIO Doda besides other district and sectoral officers were also present.
