*One day Training cum Orientation programme on ‘Poshan Maah’ organised by Childline in collaboration with ICDS Project Thathri*

DODA, SEPTEMBER 09:- One day Training- cum-Orientation programme on Poshan Maah was organised by the Childline Project in collaboration and ICDS Project Thathri which was attended by the Supervisiors and Anganwadi Workers at Block Thathri today.

 

Childline Doda Centre Co-ordinator Mrs Meenakshi Raina alongwith team of Members & Supervisors Charanjeet Singh, Simple Singh,  Shazia Tariq, Shahida parveen, Indu Bala,  Sabiha Khan, Meena Devi, surekha Devi and Muni devi besides others and  all workers from childline staffs were present in the training program.

 

The Poshan Maah is celebrated to give wide awareness regarding intake of balance diet by children, Adolescent girls, pregnant ladies and lactating mothers so that malnutrition, stunting, low birth weight and anaemia could be minimised among the targets groups.

 

The target group is also educated to feel free to call children number 1098 when any child is found in distress and danger or in any bad situation. They can immediately contact childline Doda so that timely help could be provided to the child.
