_Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav_ *NYK Doda organises cleanliness drive at Kahara*

As a part of the ongoing Clean India drive campaign which is being organised under Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav across the district, today NYK Doda organised a cleanliness drive at Block headquarter Kahara.
The entire program was organised under the instructions of DC Doda Vikas Sharma and series of activities are organised to give wide publicity to the campaign.
The BDC Chairperson Kahara Fatima Begum,BDO Kahara Javed Ahmed, besides Officials of RDD,NYV’s of NYK, members of Hrib Youth Club and scores of locals participated in the event.
The locals and PRI members appreciated the efforts of the NYK and RDD Officials for carrying out the drive in Kahara, besides asked them to continue it so that the aims and objectives of the campaign shall reach to every corner of the area.
It is pertinent to mention here that around 15 kg of waste was collected during the cleanliness drive and was later on hander over to NYV’s of NYK department for proper disposal.
