DC Doda takes action against absentee staff of Jal Shakti Kendra

DODA, OCTOBER 18: District Development Commissioner, Vikas Sharma today took action against the Nodal officer and another staff of Jal Shakti Kendra after they were found absent from duty without taking leave.

The two officials were found absent during inspection of the government offices by the DDC. Taking prompt action, the DDC ordered withholding of salary of the Nodal Officer and suspension of another official.

The DDC also inspected the office of JKEDI, District Information Centre,   District Statistics & Evaluation Office; District Food Safety department and checked the attendance of the staff. 

The DDC was accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Director Employment, besides other officials.
