*DC Doda discusses measures for wide publicity of UT Govt land records information program “Aapki Zameen Aapki Nigrani” in the district* _Directs to constitute demonstration teams at each Panchayat level for wide publicity of the program_

Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma today chaired the meeting of all concerned Officers to discuss the measures to widely publicize the newly launched land record information program of UT Govt of J&K namely “Aapki Zameen Aapki Nigrani” in the district.

 

During the meeting threadbare discussion held with regard to the measures to take up to widely publicize about the program to each and every individual of the district.

 

The DC while speaking to all the stakeholders about the program that this program is the utmost priority of the LG Administration which aims at to bring the accountability and transparency in the functioning of the revenue department.

 

Moreover the DC directed the ACD Doda,ACR and CSC coordinator Doda to frame a list of officials at each Panchayat who shall visit in each panchayat to demonstrate about the aforementioned program on every Wednesday and Saturday till 31st of November 2021.

 

Besides the DC directed the NIC Officials to prepare a dummy app which shall be publicized in the social media covering all the do’s,in addition to this also asked them to frame a google sheet on which every day performance shall be recorded by the deputed field functionaries.
