*DDC Doda chairs DLRC meet, reviews performance of Banks, other financial institutions especially under Self employment schemes* _Approves 122 cases under Mumkin scheme, directs banks to disburse all the sponsored self employment cases_

District Development Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma today chaired a District Level Review Committee meeting here at DC office, in order to review the overall performance of banks and other financial institutions with the special focus on self employment schemes.
 
During the meeting DDC held threadbare discussion with regard to the number of cases sponsored by the intending departments, the cases sanctioned, cases disbursed, pending for disbursement, besides reviewed the implementation of Mumkin scheme and progress of ADHAAR linkage.
 
Taking a strong congnisance of the low performance by certain banks in disbursement of self employment cases the DDC directed them to expedite the progress, besides asked the LBM Doda to ensure that the updated figure shall reach to DC office on 15th and 30th of every month henceforth.
 
With regard to NRLM the DDC directed the concerned agency to submit the updated satus zone wise which shall include number of groups upto 31st March, how many groups are newly formed from March to current date, how many have reached beyond 1 year so that actual position shall be assessed, besides asked the DSWO Doda to get the monthly progress report from every concerned department about the figures regarding self employment generation especially for specially abled persons and women.
 
Regarding Mumkin the DDC directed the concerned nodal department to ensure that all the cases approved shall be sponsored in time bound manner, besides during the meeting the DLIC of Mumkin also approved new 122 cases thus taking the figure upto 192.
 
While taking the review of ADHAAR linkage with accounts by different banks the DDC directed the RDD and Social Welfare department to submit the figures that how many consent letters have been submitted to the banks, besides asked the banks to submit the details that how many are linked and how many are lying pending with them.
 
The DDC exhorted upon all the officers and banks to give special focus to the self employment schemes because it is the critical component which aims at to generate maximum livelihood among the unemployed youth and it is being daily monitored by the Hon’ble LG’s office.
 
The meeting was attended by CPO Doda, GM DIC, ACD Doda, LBM, District Manager NABARD, DSWO Doda, CAHO, CAO, besides other officers/representatives of various departments and banks were also present.
