*Doda Admin finalises activities department wise during upcoming “Good Governance Week”*

Doda, December 19; District Development Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma called the meeting of all the district officers here in Conference Hall of DC office Doda, and discussed the department wise activities during upcoming “Good Governance Week” which shall be celebrated from December 20th to December 25th of this year. The theme of this year Good Governance Week is “PRASHASAN GAON KI AUR”. 

 

During the meeting it was decided that special awareness cum grievances redressal stalls shall be installed at Community Hall Doda and at Sub district, Sub division and tehsil level.

It was further decided that awareness among every resident of the district shall be made of special initiatives of HLG’s administration in bringing transparency and easy public access to the services which encourage people’s participation in development process and corruption-free, clean governance. 

 

It was also decided that  endeavour shall be to reach out to 100% ADHAAR seeding, 100% clearance of pendencies in issuance of Domicile certificates and special camps in the remotest areas of the district by revenue authorities.

 

Panchayat level tournaments for non school going children, 100% achievement in pre- matric, post-matric and merit-cum-means scholarship online applications, 100% disposal of self employment loan cases by banks sponsored by different government departments, 100% clearance of duplication in ration cards, special camps for assessment of  physically challenged persons for prosthetic aids, development of crash barriers on highway , development of central line in the road from Pul Doda to Doda town by PWD, beautification of town areas, training of labour of various skills, e- shram registration drives, awareness on health issues and life style, yoga camps, high density plantation drive, erection of hoardings banners etc on minig rates and awareness on road safety measures were some of the activities to be taken during the week long celebrations on Good Governance under Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav in the district.

 

The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, ADC Bhaderwah, GM DIC Doda, CPO Doda, DPO ICDS Doda, ACR Doda, ACD Doda, ACP Doda, SDM Thathri, SDM Assar and  other District level officer.
