*DC Doda Chairs meeting of District Level Single Window Committee members, discusses title verification and NOC status of four new minor mineral blocks* _Directs all committee members to accord the NOCs by Next week for timely approval_

Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma today chaired the meeting of all stakeholders of District Level Single Window Committee to discuss the title verification and NOC status in favour of the four minor mineral blocks which have been identified in Sub division Thathri and Tehsil Mohalla.
 
During the meeting threadbare discussion was held with regard to identification criteria of the blocks, title verification, NOC status, employment generation, site plan besides other important aspects were also discussed.
 
The DDC directed the DMO to write down the Geo tagging locations of all the four minor mineral blocks on the site plans duly attested by the respective Tehsildars in addition to the title verification, besides directed the DMO that no potential area of mining is left out from the identified sites so that illegal mining shall be completely curbed.
 
It has been given out by the DMO that out of four blocks, extraction on three blocks will be done manually which will provide employment avenues to the locals, besides on one of the site extraction shall be done in mechanical manner for which a patch of state land has to be provided so that bidder shall be provided access to the site.
 
The DC directed the ACR to check the feasibility so that the alignment shall be proposed exclusively through state land, besides directed all the members to submit NOCs to the ACR Office  by next Thursday positively, so that these blocks shall be approved from the higher authorities at an earliest for the timely auction.
 
The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, ACR Doda, DFO Doda, DFO Bhaderwah, DMO, Ex En  PDD, Ex En Irrigation Doda, Ex En Irrigation  Bhaderwah, AD Fisheries, DMO Doda, besides officers from Soil Conservation department, Agriculture, Wildlife, Horticulture were also present during the meeting.
