*DDC Doda and Chairman JKSSB discussed arrangements of forthcoming Accounts Assistant Finance Examination in Doda.*

Doda, February 14; Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, Khalid Jahangir visited Doda and Discussed, with the District Development Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma, the arrangements to be put in place for smooth and transparent conduct  of forthcoming Accounts Assistant Finance examination scheduled to be held on 6th of March, 2022. 

 

Chairman JKSSB requested full support and cooperation of District Administration for ensuring smooth and transparent conduct of the said examination and informed the DDC that JKSSB for the first time has decided to employ CCTV surveillance system and Biometric attendance at all examination centres for conduct of OMR examination. 

 

DDC Doda ensured full cooperation and informed that sufficient deployment of Magistrates, Centre Observers, Flying Squads, Invigilatory Staff, etc. shall be made in advance, and the staff shall be properly trained for successful holding of the examination. It was further informed that invigilatory staff shall be  deployed on a randomized basis through software for maintaining fairness transparency and secrecy.

 

Issues like safe and secure transportation of sensitive material and its secure custody in District, Strong Rooms with CCTV surveillance, preparation of examination centres and training of invigilatory staff etc, were also discussed, and basic sketch/ plan was chalked out.
