*Full Dress Rehearsal held ahead of R-Day 2023 at Doda*

DODA, JANUARY 24: To give the final shape to the preparedness for Republic Day 2023 celebration, full dress rehearsal was conducted at Sports Stadium Doda where Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda Dr. Ravi Kumar Bharti hoisted the National flag and took salute at an impressive March past comprising contingents drawn from the CRPF, JKAP, JKP, FPF, Home Guard, NCC, and Government and Private school children besides Police Band.

 

In his address, the ADC Doda highlighted the efforts of the Administration in bringing the services of all the departments to the doorsteps of the people. Highlighting the importance of going online for all the government services, he reteriated that this shall be instrumental in bringing transparency, accountability and timely service delivery to the citizens. He highlighted the initiatives of District Administration under ADBHUT Doda and said that the District is on the path of speedy and inclusive development of all its citizens. He mentioned Aap ka Tehsildar Apkey Gaon Mai, School Prabhari Officer Scheme, DC Online, Know your Real Heroes, Adventure Sports, Vibrant Bhaderwah Festival and other like initiative taken up by the District Administration Doda towards Good Governance.

He also paid tribute to the father of the Indian constitution and other numerous freedom fighters who fought tirelessly for all the generations to come so that they shall breathe freely and work together for the betterment of this great nation India which is the best example of the composite culture and tradition.

 

 

SSP Doda Abdul Qayoom, SP Operations Doda Raj Kumar, ACR Doda Sanjeev Kumar, ACD Doda Phulail Singh, Dy SP Headquarter, Dy SP DAR, DY SP Traffic, CEO Doda, DYSSO Doda, and other senior officers of District Administration and Police were present during the rehearsal.

 

Similar full dress rehearsal was also held at New Bus stand Kotli Bhaderwah, where ADC Bhaderwah Chowdhary Dil Mir hoisted the National Flag and took salute of march past of contingents. The full dress rehearsal of cultural programmes to be presented on Republic Day at Sports Stadium Doda and New Bus stand Kotli Bhadarwah was also held today at both locations.
