_DC Doda interacts with owners of Land/ Structures acquired additionally for NH244; Listens objections_

Doda, March 17; Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Mahajan, who is also Competent Authority Land Acquisition of National Highway Act, 1956 in respect of National highways Projects, today discussed/ reviewed and decided on the objections received for land/ Structural Compensation acquired additionally for Goha Khellani Package Ist and Goha Khellani Package IInd by NHIDCL, under section 3(C). DC interacted virtually with the land/ structure owners to whom Compensation is to be awarded and have submitted their no objection certificates in the office. The objections were listened patiently by the DC, along with ADC Doda, ACR Doda, GM NHIDCL, Tehsildar Doda, Tehsildar Headquarter, Tehsildar Marmat and others. Some of the land owners who have submitted objections presented themselves personally and put their objections before the competent authority. The objections were recorded, and decisions were made on the merits.
