*Anti-Drug Awareness Program Held Across Educational Zones in Doda*

 

 

Doda, January 16 : An awareness program about drug abuse and the ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat’ initiative took place in all Educational Zones of District Doda. Students, parents, and staff members actively participated in the initiative. The main event occurred at Boys Higher Secondary School Doda, with DSP HQ Sh Jaswant Singh, DEPO Doda Dr. Anis Ahmed, SHO Doda Sh Jatinder Rukwal, Tehsil Social Welfare Officer Doda Sh Babu Ram, and I/C Drug De-addiction center Doda Smt Simi Thakur also joining.

 

During the program, students emphasized the harmful effects of drugs on individuals, families, and society at large. They urged the public to raise awareness about the detrimental impacts of drugs and remain vigilant against those involved in illegal drug trade. The participants unanimously called for widespread awareness efforts, emphasizing the need to be cautious of individuals engaged in such illegal activities.

 

The event concluded with a commitment to organize similar programs on a larger scale to ensure the success of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, aiming to create a drug-free India.
