DODA, JULY 25 – The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Harvinder Singh, held a crucial meeting to review the progress of CRF, NABARD, and City Towns Projects in the district. The meeting, held in the Conference Hall of the DC office complex, was attended by key officials, including the CPO Doda manesh Kumar Manhas,, the Superintending Engineer, PWD (R&B) Chenab Circle Doda/Kishtwar, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Thathri/Gandoh/Assar (via video conference), the Divisional Forest Officer, and the XEN, PWD (R&B) Division Doda/Bhaderwah/Thathri/Gandoh. Additionally, all Assistant Executive Engineers were present.
 
During the meeting, DDC Harvinder Singh emphasized the importance of timely completion of these projects and provided specific directions to avoid delays. Detailed discussions covered various aspects of the projects, including current progress, challenges, and strategies for overcoming these challenges. The officers were instructed to maintain regular updates and ensure that all projects adhere to set timelines. Financial details and execution parameters were thoroughly reviewed, with a special focus on the early completion of all projects under NABARD, CRF, and City Towns.
 
A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to reviewing the progress of road works under these schemes. DDC Singh directed the concerned officers to expedite the ongoing projects and ensure efficient progress. The importance of coordination between different departments was highlighted to streamline efforts and avoid any overlap or wastage of resources. Emphasizing transparency and accountability, DDC Singh urged the officers to work with dedication and efficiency.
